BE the Moment - BE the Breath - Let Go Past - Receive NOW - It's simply simple...
More than EVER it is time to realize, know & remember within your OWN TWO HANDS you HAVE an ART to heal you & help others. Helping yourself & others with breath & gentle hands to instill hope & joy, rid anxiety, calm hearts,  HEAL.

Gently, sweetly, lovingly HOLD YOUR THUMB and exhale down front of body to your tippy toes & inhale up your back from the bottoms of your feet to the top of your head. Keep breathing normal through your nose exhale down front, inhale up back.
Circle Breath of Life

 Now, Hold both your hands up and take a good look at your fingers and hold the one that calls out to you the loudest (fatter, crooked, unable to bend),  and hold this finger  as you simply exhale &  inhale  until you feel a slight pulse!  Move through each finger in sequence and move to opposite hand, be sure to feel pulsation before you switch fingers.  After all fingers have been held, place palms together, as in prayer, any way you feel comfortable with palms together as you breathe and smile in the joy of taking care of you.
