Self Help Tip- If you start to get mad or angry, gently place the fingers of your right hand around LEFT Middle Finger & exhale down the front of your body & inhale up the back...through the nose, nothing fancy...keep it simple. Keep a gentle hold onto that Middle finger until you feel it soften, or feel a pulse. Now, switch to hold the RIGHT Middle finger exhaling all that madness away and inhale cleansing breath... Try it!
