Be it my office, your office or for your business staff, each lesson starts with simple breathing lesson followed by everyone taking part in simple hand positions to unlock, unload our 'stucks' and dropping shoulders, letting go and reviving as we learn to welcome each inhale effortlessly and let go "dirt, dust & greasy grime", as Mary Burmiester used to say. with our exhale.
