First Time I gently held my fingers with Intention

Simply holding the corresponding finger for a few minutes you can rid Worry, Fear, Anger, Grief & Pretense.  
Sounds too simple?  That is what I thought until the night I sat down and said, "time to give this finger hold thing a go."  I was warm and snuggled in my chair and started holding my left thumb with my right fingers.  After about 3 minutes I felt my thumb pulse a bit and moved to the index finger and a few minutes felt it pulsing, as with the middle finger.  Then it was the ring finger's turn, the second I wrapped the fingers of my right hand around the left ring finger I began sobbing with  tears rolling down my face and I was saying to myself, "what is this all about?"...keeping my finger held until the sobbing stopped, 20 minutes!  I had no idea there was so much going on with the stuck attitude of my ring finger.  This was over 13 years ago and my Jin Shin Jyutsu journey was in full throttle from that moment on.
